Robert T. Woolwine, age 56, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at Community Hospice in Jacksonville, Florida. Robert was a Federal Employee for 34 years and worked as a Contract Specialist in IPT SC NAVFAC SE. He was a humble, quiet, loving man with an “it’ll be alright” attitude. He married Laurie in 2001 creating, for them, the perfect version of The Brady Bunch. Robert enjoyed the simple things in life like the watching deer pass through the woods, hearing the rumble of his Harley, and making breakfast for his family. Few people know how truly hilarious he was. He was always willing to help anybody with anything. As a true handy-man, if something was broken, he’d find a way to fix it. He loved the outdoors, his dog, and ice-cream (vanilla with chocolate syrup and bananas, preferably). Overall, his greatest passion was spending time with his wife and taking care of his family. He loved them dearly and was incredibly proud of the wonderful men that his sons are and the smart, beautiful woman his daughter is. He is survived by his wife, Laurie; sons, Mark, Matthew, and Taylor; daughter, Mikayla; mother, Lilly Carol; siblings Robin (Tom), Roger (Cheryl), Rhonda (Doug), and Rose; and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be 10 AM Tuesday August 28,2018 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME 3601 Old Jennings Rd. Middleburg, FL 32068 In Lieu of flowers please make a donation in Honor of Mr. Woolwine to Florida Cancer Specialist Foundation 5204 Paylor Lane Sarasota, FL 34240. 941-677-7181 http://foundation.flcancer.com
