Alan Steven Howard, age 58, passed away December 25, 2012 at his home in Keystone Heights, Florida. He was born in Jacksonville, FL. Stevie was a local longtime Blues performer with the stage name of "Smoking Stevie Howard". He was employed as a metal fabricator. Survivors include his wife Lynn G. Howard, 2 sons: Daniel and Michael, brother Bruce, sister, Barbara and grandson Conner. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 5:00 PM in the chapel of Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, FL 32073.
