Victor is survived by his wife, Lien H. LaBelle; daughter, Kieu L. Killen (Billy); three sons: Raymond LaBelle (Michiko), Jeffery B. LaBelle (Karen), and Daniel LaBelle (Andrea); sister, Teddy Herbert; brother, Steve LaBelle; 14 loving grandchild: Steven Terrell (Vanessa), Alyssia LaBelle, Joseph Killen, Matthew LaBelle, Skylar LaBelle, Luke LaBelle, Brady LaBelle, Madison LaBelle, Eliza LaBelle, Tyler LaBelle, Olivia LaBelle, Amber LaBelle, Kaitlyn LaBelle, and Brenna LaBelle; and three great grandchildren: Kieu Terrell, Anthony Terrell and Quincey Terrell.
