Born October 15, 1916 in Bowling Green, OH, Mrs. Richardson was a daughter of the late Albert and Della Chamberlain. She married Raymond Richardson in 1935 in Michigan and moved to Jersey City, NJ, where they lived until retiring to Earlville, NY in 1973. She moved to Charlotte, NC in 1991. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Richardson was preceded in death by her husband in 1986, her son, Jerry David, who died in 1959 at the age of 10, brothers, Earl, Wayne, Dean and Ovid, and sisters, Elsa, Vada, Elda, Nina, and Marjorie.
Surviving are her daughters, Della Miller and Bonnie Rugar; four grandchildren, Richard Force, Cheryl Force, Edward Rugar, and Robyn Tuner; and ten great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, August 25, at McEwen Funeral Service, Mint Hill Chapel, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill, NC. Interment will be at a later date in East Swanton Cemetery, Swanton, OH.
