Wayne worked for me for several years. He was outstanding in estimating accuracy and was highly respected by Pneumafil people. 
My condolences to his family.

Wayne was a joy to work with.  I learned so much from him during my time at Pneumafil.  He was always willing to pass along his extensive knowledge, whether about manufacturing, estimating, his stamps or coins - always willing to share.  Wayne was a great mentor and a great human being.

Years ago I worked in the manufacturing area of Pneumafil (1972-75). I did not know Wayne, but I said hello to him more than once when he walked through the factory. To all of his family, I send my condolences. God bless all of you.

Wayne was the most gentle and kind man we know.  He exemplified many of the characteristics of a godly man that are rare today:  always looking out for the "other guy", always willing to serve others and putting their interest first, leading a quiet life as faithful husband and father and diligent worker, always sharing a kind word and genuine smile!!  We miss you already, Wayne.  Our love to Peggy, the boys and their families.  Call on us for anything we can do.

Wayne was a fine man and will be missed by many.  Peggy, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.  I remember a lot of times at Church and with my brother in scouting with Mr. Woods.

I will miss Wayne so much.......at family get-togethers, vacations, and whenever I come to Charlotte.  He was a gentle man, a pleasure to be around, always quick to smile with a warm laugh.  I know he'll be pleased to look down and see his sons and his church family take care of Peggy.

I worked with Wayne for many, many, years at Pneumafil.  He was a true Gentleman, and Christian man.  He always had a kind word no matter what the circumstances.  His attention to detail was unmatched in the industry for accurate estimates on the Military products sold and manufactured by Pneumafil.  God Bless you and provide the strength needed as you grieve his passing.
