Ethel Reba Braverman

Ethel (Cohen) Braverman 91, born January 28th,1928, passed away peacefully January 29th, 2019 on her 70th wedding anniversary, with loving family by her side. Ethel was born in East Boston,MA. and graduated from Revere High School in 1945. She met the love of her life, Nathan Braverman, and was married on January 29th,1949.

Ethel was a cosmetician, talented singer, great cook, and above all, a devoted wife and loving mother. She lived in Winthrop, MA., where she raised her 3 children. In 1980, she and Nate moved to Reseda, CA. to be close to their beloved children and grandchildren. They would move one more time to Las Vegas, NV. after the 1994 Northridge earthquake. They enjoyed an active retirement, and a full life together.

Ethel is survived by her loving daughter Eileen Denberg, Chatsworth, CA. ,and dedicated sons Eric (Laura) Braverman , Porter Ranch, CA., and Barry (Karen) Braverman, Scotts Valley, CA. She was the cherished grandmother of 10, great grandmother of 2, and loving aunt. She was adored by countless friends and family and known for her incredible positive attitude, great sense of humor and zest for life.

Services will be held at Groman Eden Mortuary, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, CA. 91345, on Tuesday February 5th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Groman Eden Chapel.
