Hello:  I am just finding out that Howard has passed.  Howard was  the attorney who handled a probate case for my sister and I against another sister who was stealing from our parents.  He did such a great job and was so organized and efficient.    He was very nice.  
I had no idea he passed.  We met him in 2011 when he started our case and he retained a Judgment against our fraudulent sister in 2015.  Blessings to Howard's family.  Catherine 


Howard was an amazing attorney and member of TexCom (Trust & Estates Executive Committee of the California Bar).  Howard was a brilliant thinker and a calm negotiator.  Howard worked endless hours with our subcommittee to fashion legislation to protect elders who are swindled out of their money by Caregivers who marry them.  Howard, our Bill passed!  And the Governor signed it into law in June, 2019.  I wish you were here to see it.  I am so shocked and saddened by your passing.
