Howard Steven Wiser of Encino, California, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 (2 Tevet 5775), at 59. Services will be held Monday, December 29, 2014, at 3 pm, in the Eternal Light Chapel of Groman Eden Mortuary. Services will be officiated by Rabbi Barry Lutz, and will conclude Graveside, in Eden Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Mr. Wiser's memory to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org; or the youth sports charity of your choice.
Mr. Wiser is survived by his beloved wife, Cathy Wiser; his children, Brenda and Mathew Sanfilippo, Daryl Wiser, Andrew and Rhianna Wiser, and Kelsey and John David Carbone; his grandchildren, Noah Sanfilippo, Sophie Carbone, and Claire Wiser; sisters, Caryn Wiser, Bonnie Weissman, and Sandra Burns; his brother, Don Weissman; parents, Richard and Bernice Burns; nieces and nephews, Kimberleh Weissman, Russell and Heather Weissman, Douglas Weissman, Jessica and Joseph Lonero, Jennifer Wiser, Lizzee Wiser, Joshua Burns- Perry, Tara and Robert Lee, and Kevin Kasson; and his great-nieces, Madeline Lonero and Riley Weissman.
Arrangements are under the direction of Groman Eden Mortuary.
