A graveside service for Dr. Bell will be held Sunday, August 27, 2017, at 3:00 PM, in Eden Memorial Park. Dr. Bell is survived by his beloved wife, Rosalie D Bell; his sons, Ronald (Barrie) Bell, Michael Bell, and Andrew Bell.
Arrangements are under the direction of Groman Eden Mortuary.
