He was born on June 20, 1941, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico to the late Emiliano and Eduarda Ocasio.
Adolfo moved to New York when he was 17 years old. He would later marry his wife, Carmen Ocasio, and they would have a son, Adolfo Ocasio, Jr. Adolfo loved the Lord as well as his family and friends. Those who met him have become treasured friends to the end.
Along with his parents, Adolfo is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years. Carmen Ocasio. He is survived by his son, Adolfo Ocasio, Jr.
A visitation will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe, located at 204 South Main Street, Monroe, North Carolina. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 10:00 am at Lakeland Memorial Park, located at 1901 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, North Carolina.
