He was born on August 14, 1942, to the late Raymond and Gladys Lewis Webb.
Eugene worked as a carpenter for many years. He loved his family and treasured all the precious memories that were made with them. More importantly, Eugene was a born-again Christian who loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Along with his parents, Eugene is preceded in death by his two children, Kenneth and Cindy; brother, Raymond; and sister, Wilma. He is survived by his loving wife, Beatrice Webb; and sister, Glenda Hines.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 1:30 pm at Lakeland Memorial Park, located at 1901 Lancaster Avenue, Monroe, North Carolina with Pastor Jeff Whitecotton officiating.
