She was born in South Carolina on November 9, 1928 to the late Doc Parker and Daisy Mae Parker.
Ruth was a hairstylist for many years at her own Beauty Shop which was located in her home in Monroe.
In addition to her parents, Ruth is predeceased by her loving husband, R A Presley Jr. She is survived by her son, Johnny Ray Presley Sr. and his wife, Patricia; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
