Born February 9, 1954 in Union County, NC, the daughter of the late Mr. James Foster and the late Mrs. Annie Price Foster.
The family will receive friends and relatives Saturday April 12, 2014 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Home in Monroe.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Cagle will begin at 2:00 PM in the McEwen Colonial Chapel, with burial to follow in the Price Family Cemetery.
