Mr. Snyder Griffin, 84, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Monroe Rehab and Nursing Center. Snyder was born March 2, 1932 in Union County, son of the late Clifford and Ethel Keziah Griffin, also preceded in death by his son Christopher Lowery and a brother James Griffin.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 12:30 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. at the McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. Services to celebrate his life will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the McEwen Colonial Chapel, interment will be at Lakeland Memorial Park.

Griffin, Children: Steve Griffin (Cathy), Susan Myers (Matthew Tittle), Vonnie Guy ( Paul), John Lowery (Jeanett Pepper), grandchildren: Tiffany Lowery, Heather Lowery, Amber Guy, Kristen Lowery, Travis Plattenburg, Jayla Lowery, 8 great grandchildren, siblings: Myckle Griffin (Ann), C.B. Griffin (Ann), Gary Griffin (Janet), Geneva Richardson Desmon (Mike), Linda Mosley Hess (Harvey).
