Curt had a heart of gold and was such a loyal and dear friend. I always loved going to Athens with him for the GA games, which one of his favorite things to do. I’ll always cherish those memories! He will be missed dearly, but glad I’m glad he is no longer suffering. RIP Curt…love  you! ❤️🙏

My condolences to Mr. Curtis. He was such a wonderful and beautiful man who always talk to the Postal employees needs whenever they needed him for insurance purposes always had a beautiful, personality and attitude. We were truly miss him United States Postal Service.

The events yesterday honoring Curt in Monroe, NC were very well done. Curt would approve of all of it. There is a huge void in our life without him but we are all thankful his health struggle is over. RIP buddy you were one of the greatest friends to share themselves with our family. 

So sorry to hear about Curt's passing.  Curt was loved by many from his time at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity.  He will most certainly be missed.  My prayers go out all of the family and friends of Curt Mangum.

I met Curt after his college days. Curt was immediately like a friend I had known my whole life. I have no bad memories of him, outside his hospitalization. Was always someone I could trust, always ready to laugh with anyone. We most definitely need more men like Curt in this world. I will sorely miss you my friend, but I’m not upset, you wouldn’t want that, so until I we see you again…it’s my deal.

I’ll always have fond memories of Curt.  A great Pi Kapp and human being.  He had tremendous spirit and an entertaining sense of humor.  I’m proud to call him brother.  He will be missed.  Godspeed and RIP brother!!!

Smokey, I am heartbroken to hear of Curt’s passing. He and I had many laughs together and I will cherish those memories. I can still hear his laugh and it makes me smile. I had no idea of his illness. I know you are heartbroken. You had a wonderful son and he will be truly missed. Rest in Peace my friend.

I was one of Curt's patient care technicians towards the end of his stay with us. He taught me so much in such a little amount of time and I am extremely grateful for the time I got with him while he was here. He was so funny; he was kind and patient even when I couldn't understand. May he continue to live on through all of us.  

My condolences. Curt was a fraternity brother who was active both with Pi Kapp in college and as an alumni. He will be remembered and missed by myself and many others. I always enjoyed catching up and his sense of humor. Rest In Peace brother.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Curt’s untimely death.  I am so sorry for his mother and family.  I knew Curt at CLS.  Such a great guy.  

 Smokey I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Curt as a young boy always clinging to you. He loved you and it showed. Know now you have another loved one watching over you. 
God does not make mistakes, he only takes back his children that have suffered enough. 
To be absent from the body is to present with the Lord. God strengthen you and hold you while your heart is broken.
