Mrs. Frances English Yandle, 86, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Pruitt Health Care in Monroe. Frances was born January 24, 1929 in Union County, daughter of the late Allen T. and Clyde Bell Green English. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Thomas “Tommy” Yandle whom she married on January 5, 1949.
Frances was the retired owner of K-Donn Beauty Salon which was named for her two daughters.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 25, 2015 from two o’clock P.M. until three o’clock P.M. at the McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. Services to celebrate her life will begin at three o’clock P.M. in the McEwen Colonial Chapel. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park.
Survivors include her two daughters: Karen Yandle Smith (Carlton) of Indian Trail NC, Donna Yandle Oakley (Ricky)of Weddington NC, three grandchildren: Jeffery Smith of Mint Hill NC, Kathryn Smith of Indian Land SC, Matthew Oakley of Atlanta GA.
