Born on November 6, 1972, in the Dominican Republic, Ivan moved to the United States on May 13, 1993.
His passion for cars defined his life; as a talented Class A body man, he found immense satisfaction in taking cars apart and expertly putting them back together, sharing his knowledge and love for automobiles with those around him.
Ivan was a devoted family man who cherished his loved ones deeply. He had a passion for dancing and cooking, both of which were a delight if you were fortunate enough to experience it with him. Known for his generosity, Ivan would take the shirt off his back to help anyone in need.
His mother, Dominga, who lovingly referred to him as a blessing from God, was his rock. She often expressed, “It was a privilege to call him my son.” Ivan shared a special bond with his sisters, Giselle and Anaomi, affectionately calling him “El loquito,” as well as with his brothers, Henry and Edgar, who were all crazy about him and knew him as an amazing brother. He also leaves behind cherished nieces and nephews whom he adored.
Ivan had a unique ability to light up a room the moment he walked in. His beloved wife, Claribel, was the love of his life, and together they raised their children: Adriana, Nileya, Anthony, and Adrian, who were his greatest pride and joy. His granddaughters, Amariah, Alana, and Avery, are the beautiful testament to the enduring love Ivan shared with his family.
