He was proceeded in death by his brother, Matthew Vance Walden; grandparents, Estelle and Junior Walden and Sybil and Crawford Jones. Mark is survived by his father and step-mother, James and Doris Walden of Wingate; mother and step-father, Sandra Walden and Bernie Oneill of Monroe; sister Sherry Kowallek and husband Tom of Pinellas Park , Florida; and daughter, Natasha Moore and Brandon of Monroe; son Cody Walden of Cheraw, SC; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 19, 5:00 to 7:00 PM at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. A graveside service will be held in Lakeland Memorial Park on Thursday, November 20, at 2:00 PM.
