Mrs.Lorraine P. Richardson, 81, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2012 at Carrington Place Nursing Home in Matthews. Mrs. Richardson was born August 14, 1931 in Union County N.C. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Plyler, she was also preceded in death by her husband: William Jackson "Dub" Richardson and two brothers: Horace and John Plyler. Visitation will be Monday, October 22, 2012 at Sardis Baptist Church in Indian Trail N.C. beginning at 1:30 P .M. until 3:00 P .M. with services to celebrate her life at 3:00 P .M. in the church sanctuary, interment will follow in the church cemetery. Survivors include her son: Scott Richardson and wife Livia of Waxhaw N.C., two grandsons: Derek and Marc Richardson both of Weddington N.C.
