Selina Anne Weir

Selina Anne Weir, 39, of Monroe passed away on March 13, 2022. Selina was a longtime resident of Union County. She had a huge heart and was always there for others. Selina saw the best in everyone. She was easy going and laid back, and always a hard worker. Selina was a true animal lover but most of all, she loved her family with all of her heart and soul.

Selina is predeceased by her parents, Paul and Robin Weir. She is survived by her husband, Mike Cedio; daughters, Terra Weir, Zoey Weir and Addison Cedio and her son, Giovanni Cedio and proud Mimi to her granddaughter, Serenity Barber. She is also survived by her sisters, Samantha Weir and Sara Weir; two aunts, Deb (Chuck Corbett) Henighen and Tina (Eric) Small uncle, Johnny Henighen; nephews, Ryheam Burns, Nickalis Burns, Drabrien Laney and Kingston Weir and nieces, Brianna Laney and Aaliyah Massey.

The family will receive friends at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe on Saturday,

March 19, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm. A service to celebrate Selina’s life will be in McEwen’s Colonial Chapel on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm followed by burial at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
