Mrs. Shirley Couick Eudy, 73, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Carolina Medical Center-Union. Mrs. Eudy was born March 3, 1943 in Union County daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Pearl Starnes Couick, she was also preceded in death by siblings Frankie Couick and Shelia Couick. Visitation will be Monday, May 2, 2016 from 9:30 until 11:00 A.M. at the McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe. Services to celebrate her life will be 11:00 A.M. in the McEwen Colonial Chapel, with Reverend Ron Helms officiating, interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Floyd Eudy of the home, sons: Michael Eudy and Jeffrey Eudy both of Monroe, siblings: Elizabeth Godfrey, Jerry Couick, Nancy Lemmond, Jimmy Couick all of Mineral Springs N.C.
