He was born in New Hanover County, N.C., October 29, 1994, to Horace Willoughby Jr., and Holly Norris Willoughby.
Tyler is survived by his parents, Holly and Horace Willoughby Jr., of Monroe. By fiancée, Samantha Angle, of Indian Trail, maternal grandparents, Harry and Charlyn Norris, of Monroe, paternal grandparents, Horace and Faye Willoughby Sr., of Charlotte, siblings, Nickolas Willoughby, Chelsea Willoughby and fiancé Mark Neveu and Bradley Raines, all of Monroe, by Uncle Byron Norris and wife Billie Anne of Monroe, cousins, Aydin and Adyson Norris of Monroe.
Funeral Service will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, September 25, 2015 in the Colonial Chapel at McEwen Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Thursday, September 24, 2015 at McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe.
