Catherine Ann Hopstein Crilly, 68, of Montgomery, AL passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025. Cathy was a devoted mother and dedicated to her family. She enjoyed seeing new places and experiencing new things, and had a particular love for the mountains, the beach, the wind, flowers, and the arts. Cathy was an avid believer of Jesus Christ and his promises found in the bible. She spent many years helping others learn of his love. Even as she became ill, she would frequently encourage all those around her to put their faith in Jehovah God’s hands. Cathy will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved husband, John Crilly and her son, Larkin Crilly, her mother, Yvonne Taylor, sister, Tammy Hopstein (Tanya), and a nephew, Eli Stallworth.
Cathy was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Hopstein and a sister, Ramona Hopstein.
