Linda Sue Hatley

Linda Sue Hatley, a long-time resident of Montgomery, AL died on Sept. 17, 2018 after a long battle with lung cancer. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Donald R. Hatley; her son David Bradley Hatley; her parents, Marvin and Blanche Faggart and two brothers, Gene and Archie Faggart. She is survived by her daughter, Jodi Rae Hatley and her angel on earth, her granddaughter, Kelsey Jordan Godfrey, both of Montgomery, AL. Other survivors include, a sister Joann Stowe (Butch); a nephew, Allen Stowe; a niece LouAnne Suther (Kenny); nephew, Gene Lefler (Tina); great niece, Lindsey Walters (Wilson) all of Concord, NC, plus her cousin Kenneth Hatley (Donna) of Clermont, Fla. and many, many other cousins. Sue was a wonderful and loving wife, mother and grandmother, and dear friend to many. She will be deeply missed.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, Sept. 20 from 10 a.m to 11 a.m. at Alabama Heritage. A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow at Alabama Heritage Cemetery.
