Mary Nell Miller, age 85, of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2016. Mary loved to golf as she spent many days with her extended family at Arrowhead Country Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Charles “Bob” Miller. She is survived by her son, Alan Miller, Montgomery, AL; two brothers, George Elmore, Pine Mountain, GA; Sonny Elmore, Knoxville, TN; sister, Billie Owensby, of Virginia; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. A visitation and reception will be held in her honor at Alabama Heritage Funeral Home on Sunday, October 23, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. A Graveside service will be at Alabama National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, October 24, 2016. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in her honor to WLBF Radio or Eastwood Presbyterian Church.
