Eric Swanson a native of Dallas, Texas and a longtime resident of Morgan City passed away August 25, 2015 at his residents at the age of 37.
Eric is survived by his wife of 20 years Christina Swanson, son Dillon Swanson, daughters Amber and Ashley Swanson, father and step mother Ralph and Velma Patterson, step father Louis Vavara, brothers Dwayne Dupre and wife Cherie and Christopher Patterson , sister Nicole Atkinson and husband Kord, nieces Samantha and Aimee, grandmothers Lois Jones and Bessie Vavara, and father and mother-in-law Rick and Janet Hefner.
Eric was preceded in death by his mother Joann Swanson Vavara, grandfathers Ray Swanson and Ralph Patterson Sr., grandmother Leddy Louis.
To defray funeral cost donation can be made and greatly appreciated.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
