

Jr Boy was an "Outdoorsman" in the true form. He loved to fish, hunt and frog. He lived off the land cooking what he caught, especially his fried fish. He loved to shoot pool. His family was very important to him, having company over to spend time and just talk. Spending time with his nieces and nephews whether it was giving sweets or fixing the fishing poles was a joy that could never be replaced. Jr. Boy was a very giving person and touched the lives of everyone he came in contact with. He will always be remembered...
Jr Boy is survived by his brothers and sisters, Theresa Daigle, Albert Gros and wife LeeAnn, Kathleen "Kathy" Johnson and husband Tommy, Katherine "Black" Aucoin and husband Irvin, Bonnie Manzo and husband Vincent, Casey Gros and wife Carla; nieces and nephews, Neil Daigle, Greg Daigle, Nicole Daigle, Amiee Bolotte, Destiny Gutierrez, Jenna Gros, Molly Chaisson, Jessie Gros, Samantha Miller, Courtney Manzo, Tosha Gros, Katie Carter, Casey "CJ" Gros, Jr.; numerous great nieces and nephews and great - great nieces and nephews.
Jr Boy was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Gros, Sr. and Noby Acosta Gros; grandparents, Shelby Gros and Eva Gros, Albert Acosta and Dolphrine Gros; brother-in-law, Hubert Daigle, Sr., nephew, Hubert Daigle, Jr., uncle, Roy Gros, Clarence Gros, Shelby "T Shelby" Gros, Alcide Gros; aunt, Grace Cook; cousin, Larry Aucoin, Clarence "Poncho" Gros, Jr.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 6pm to 9pm, visitation will continue on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 8am til 11am. Funeral services will be at 11am on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Hargrave Funeral Home. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Napoleonville.
