Linda Cecile Tisdale

Linda Cecile Tisdale, age 88, of Morgan City, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2022. Linda was born December 2, 1933 to the late Elphege and Odile Lajaunie Giroir. Linda enjoyed dancing, going to the casino and watching the Saints.

She is preceded in death by her husband, A.C. Tisdale; son, Chris Tisdale, Sr. and her parents.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories her sons, Randy Tisdale, Sr. and his wife Angel, Keith Tisdale and his wife Karen, daughter, Sherrel Allemond and her husband Johnny; daughter in law, Becky Tisdale; longtime companion, Wilson Stephens; sister, Lydia Broussard; grandchildren, Randy Tisdale, Jr., Chris Tisdale, Jr., Zachary Allemond, Emily Allemond, Courtney Stone; great grandchildren, Ethan Tisdale, Ellisyn Tisdale, Finley Tisdale, Gunner Tisdale, Cameron Stone, Tyler Stone and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family of Linda would love to extend their gratitude to Home Instead and their staff, Jamie Shults, Deb Price and Caroline Herrera and Journey Hospice and their nurse, Joselyn Matherne for the love and care shown to Ms. Linda.

Family and friends of Linda are invited to attend the Visitation on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church from 9:00am to 11:00am with a Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow. She will be laid to rest in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Randy Tisdale, Sr., Randy Tisdale, Jr., Chris Tisdale, Jr., Zachary Allemond, Johnny Allemond and Craig Stephens.
