She is also survived by two sisters, Ida Crappell of Charenton and Eunice Cunningham of Berwick; her sister-in-laws, Carolyn Sons of Bayou Vista and Leona Durham of Benton, IL.

Rosemary was a proud member of the VFW Auxiliary, American Legion, and East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad. She was known best for playing 'Taps' on the bugle during military honors. Spending time with ALL her grandchildren and children was her absolute favorite pastime in her life. Everyone knew she loved playing bingo, especially every Sunday and Tuesday. She also loved gardening and painting the various yard decorations her husband created. Rosemary will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
A time of visitation and remembrance will be held on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 6pm to 9pm with a evening ceremony taking place at 7pm.
