Diane Kay Crabtree

Diane Kay Crabtree, age 67, peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Diane was born in Muskegon, Michigan and raised in Ravenna, Michigan, to her loving parents Everett Eagle and Maxine Darcy.

Diane was a cherished member of the Fruitport Eagles community, finding joy in family get-togethers, bonfires, and the occasional trips to the casino. Her warm and caring soul touched the lives of those around her, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Diane is survived by her devoted husband, Edwin Crabtree, her son Jeffrey (Rachael) VanHassel, and her adored grandchildren, Kavrn and Sol. She is also survived by her brother Michael (Polly) Eagle, sisters Cheryl (Charlie) Rose, Ginny (Steve) Martin, Kathy (Bob) Miller, and Gayle (Glenn) Spaulding. Diane leaves behind her brother-in-law Estol (Mike) Crabtree, sister-in-law Melinda (Edward) Miotke, and Lorine (Ralph) Guzman and Paula Crabtree, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Diane's life was enriched by the enduring friendship of Janis Anton and Kay Smith, who will miss her dearly.

A celebration of Diane's life will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Sullivan Community Church 3951 Barnes Road, Ravenna, Michigan 49451 at 11:00am with 1 hour visitation prior to the service to honor the beautiful memories she created with family and friends.
