Esperanza enjoyed spending time in her flower garden, tending to her roses, beautiful yellow and purple irises, and her fruit trees. She was also a talented quilter, and many of her loved ones have her beautiful quilts at home. She was a fabulous cook, and was known especially for her Mexican dishes and delicious pumpkin empanadas. Most important to Esperanza was her family, and she willingly sacrificed anything for them. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and friend, and we will carry her forever in our hearts.
She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Santiago
