Judith K. Whaley, age 68 passed away on March 30, 2011. Judith was born on August 7, 1942 to Joe and Helen Burns. She worked at Howmet-Misco for several years before moving to Kentucky, and then returning to the Muskegon area. Judy was an avid animal lover, a giving friend to anyone in need. She will be missed by many. Survivors include her daughter, Michelle (Mario) Flores; grandchildren, Alicia Ingram, Brandon Freeman, Ashley Erickson, Justin Flores and Branden Flores; great grandchildren, Bethany Bevins, Lillian and Thomas Ingram; siblings, Ward (Becky) Burns, David Burns and Carol (Garry) Vanderleest; a very special family, Harry, Brenda, Meghan and Mariah Rybacki who were always there for Judy; companion, Jay Kiraly; beloved friends, Claudia Sturtevant, Donna Koning and Sandi Rutkowski. Judy wished to be cremated. A memorial luncheon to be announced later. Donations to Muskegon Harbor Hospice or to your local animal shelter are appreciated.
