Millie was born March 1, 1927, the daughter of Charles and Minnie Wilke. She married Robert Sauve on July 27, 1946 and together they enjoyed over 67 years of marriage until his death in 2013. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, cooking, and trips to the casino. Most important to her was always her family. She was a loving, caring, snippy, strong-willed woman who will be deeply missed.
Millie is survived by: her children, Marie (Frank) Scott, Susan (Howard) Smith, Thomas (Brenda) Sauve, Annette Barnhard, and Joseph (Tina) Sauve; 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and even some great-great and great-great-great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Louann Sauve; and multiple nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by: her husband; sons, Robert and Steve; and 9 siblings.
A Celebration of life will take place at 10:30 AM on December 9th 2023 at Connection Point Church 2270 S Mill Iron Road Muskegon 49442 with a luncheon to follow.
