Nereyda “Nere” Hernandez, age 47, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 in Muskegon. She dearly loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Nere is survived by her loving spouse Jorge Hernandez, her mother Leonor Trujillo, two daughters Stacy (Antonio) Vazquez and Stephanie Vidal, three siblings, Nohemi (Eliazor) Mendoza, Noe (Vaneza) Pena and Nancy (Ricardo)Garcia, two grandchildren, Antonio Alex and Anali Vazquez. She was preceded in death by her father Andres Pena-Briones. Per Nere’s request cremation will take place and there will be a private family service at a future date.
