Wanda L. Schleben

Wanda L. Schleben, age 87, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013. Wanda was born on January 11, 1926 to parents Lawrence and Ollie (Hudson) Moore and was the youngest of seven children. Wanda had a big heart, with room for everyone who wanted to come in. She loved taking care of people and animals. Wanda will be lovingly remembered by her children: James (Carlene) Schleben, Jerda (Robert) Anderz, Tamara (Howard) Foelker, Randi (Kenneth) Kennedy, Sr., Raymond (Marcia) Schleben, Jr., Danita (Mark) Tetzloff, Troy (Barbara) Schleben; 26 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents; step-father, Thomas Fields; her six siblings; son, Rudolph (Barb, surviving) Schleben; step grandsons, Robert and Craig Anderz; great grandsons, Blake and Kane. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Ever Rest Funeral Home & Chapel (1783 E. Keating Ave., Muskegon). The family will receive visitors on Tuesday one hour prior to service, beginning at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Life Circles or Red Cross for the victims of the Moore, Oklahoma tornados.
