His work as a cook saw him in many of the fine restaurants and pubs in Nanaimo. This included The Keg, Acme Food Co., Piper’s, Minoz at the Coast Bastion and most recently the Old City Station. He found the work challenging and really enjoyed the many friendships he made with the staff.
His hobbies included cycling on his self-built bikes, remote control cars, archery and salmon fishing. He should be remembered for his kindness and generosity. He always put those he cared for first, even when it was to his detriment.
Adam leaves behind his grieving parents Rod and Laura Taylor, his younger brother Ryan and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
A celebration of his life will be held on June 8, 2025 at noon at the Nanaimo River estuary “big wheel “. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke foundation. The email is [email protected]
