Tillie (Tania) Wagnor passed away peacefully on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the age of 104. She was born in Krydor, SK to parents Harry and Eva Harach.
Predeceased by her husband John; Tillie is survived by her sons Larry (Maureen), Don (Diane) and John (Phyllis), grandchildren Diana (Daryl), Darren (Jenn), Debra (Rick), Greg (Denna), Mike, and Chris (Carla), 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Tillie was a dedicated member of the St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church and would often volunteer for many church functions. She was especially well known for her contribution to the church’s pierogi suppers. Tillie enjoyed going on cruises, travelling to different countries in Europe and her trip to Hawaii. One of her most memorable trips was to Rome where she met the Pope. Tillie showed her love through food and would always be cooking for others. She always made sure that no one would ever leave her house hungry. She will be deeply missed.
A service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tillie’s memory to the BC Heart & Stroke Foundation.
