Predeceased by her husband, George; brothers, Gilbert and Everett; and sister, Charlene. Vivian will be missed by her son, Dale (Janet); daughter, Lynn (Brad); grandsons, Joel (Annie) and Cody (Anna); 4 great grandchildren; brother, Albert “Bert” (Irene) Martin; sister, Twyla (Barry) Langill; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Vivian spent the majority of her career in the insurance industry, and at one time co-owned her own insurance agency. Over the years Mom enjoyed a wide variety of crafts, travelling, and writing our family history. She cherished time spent with family.
We wish to thank family and good friends for their continued support over the years, as well as the compassionate care received at Nanaimo Hospital, during her last stay.
Mom loved flowers, but anyone who wished to could donate to the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation.
