Elizabeth Lila Whittles

Taken before her time, sweet Libby passed away on Tuesday May 3rd, surrounded by her family, friends and a lot of love. Born in Naples in 2013, she lived her short but precious life alongside her twin brother Joe, older siblings Ben and Bella, and her parents Jenny and Dan. She had a deep connection with animals and lived every day with an abundance of love, compassion, selflessness and fun. She battled hard against chronic epilepsy, which ultimately took her life. Watching her live through this illness without fear and with so much love for life is giving us the courage we need to grieve with gratefulness for all she taught us and to always #LiveLikeLibby. Libby was able to save the lives of others as she became an organ donor, she would have wanted anything to save others. Her heart is strongly beating in GA and her other organs gave life to recipients around the state of florida. She is a true hero, who will be forever loved, missed and never forgotten.
