He was a veteran of the Korean War and was proud of his Italian heritage.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Ann; his sons, James Anthony Casorio, Robert Joseph Casorio, and Michael Dean Casorio; as well as many loving family members and friends who will miss Jim and remember him as a kind and loving man.
A memorial service will be held at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens on Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 12:00 noon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions to support the research efforts of Dr. Elliott Richelson at Mayo Clinic Florida be sent to Mayo Clinic, Dept. of Development, 4500 San Pablo Road, Jacksonville, FL 32224.
