Juan you have definitely left your mark on The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples.  There isn't a single person here that hasn't been touched and influenced by your kind heart, passion for excellence and true genuine care for those that you love.  Your legacy will live on through the memories, friends and family you have created along the way.  My deepest condolences go out to Gustavo, Patty and your entire family during this difficult time.  You will be missed!

I'm going to miss you so much, tio. I keep hoping this is some sort of
nightmare that l'll wake up from. Again. But it's not, it's a harsh reality that
tears my heart into pieces. I know we didn't see each other often nor did we
speak often, but that never changed the amount of love I felt for you and
what you meant to me.
All the memories I have with you are filled with joy, punconditional love,
adventures, your silly character. I only wish I could go back in time and take time off work 
work for a few days so I could go visit and spend them with you.
This is the second time this year that I feel this type of heartbreak, this
emptiness, this anger & regret.
I just hope that wherever in this universe it is that you are, that you are at
peace and that you know how much I'll always love you. 💔🕊

Juan- we can feel so honored to have been graced with your presence and friendship. 
You were an amazing person:   kind, calming, patient, genuine, giving, caring, sincere and with a unique sense of humor.  
I am fortunate to have known and worked with you for all those years.

One thing was always certain, if I walked into work and saw my name on one of your events, I felt a sense of peace knowing if my anxiety were to rear it's ugly head you completely understood me and could help me navigate it. Thank you for being you and simply exuding that calmness even in the most crazy of the banquet storms. Thank you for being you beyond those work walls and always showing up to everything for everyone. Seeing you always triggered the biggest of smiles, a beautiful soul to all who knew you, you will be missed <3

Memories… la mejor infancia en Aguascalientes. Tíos y sobrinos crecimos juntos, por eso siempre fue difícil asimilar esa relación. Éramos más como hermanos, y así crecimos. Then we all grew up and moved on with our life, we all moved away.. life gets hectic and we don’t realize that at the end of the day when things like this happen there’s no going back to wishing we could’ve done things differently. My heart aches and is hard to understand why it all happened like this. Sending my love to everyone in the family and everyone that knew him.

To Juan Carlos : Friend,  when arrived Atlanta to work in Naples, You were one of instructors and a friend who gave me tips of banquets work. You were a good co-worker, always respectful. I’ll miss Juan , may God receive You in his Glory. Amen

I just had to emphasize, when I said Juan was kind and always a gentleman, that line is  sometimes overstated, but in Juan's case he was both,  at the ultimate level, and a whole lot more, a very special person beyond words. I remember my first event as a planner a very long time ago. I was so nervous and he was right beside me the entire time, making sure I was doing ok. He was so great with the clients and all his colleagues. I am so terribly sorry for this incomprehensible loss and wish you all strength and love in this most terrible time or your lives. Rest In Peace!
