Mary Margaret Hornbeck, 91 of North Fort Myers, passed away on April 9, 2017. She was born in Chicago, IL and graduated from Purdue University. Mary was an avid golfer and an accomplished cellist who performed with many symphony orchestras. She enjoyed travel, camping, boating, flying and playing bridge. Mary was a devoted wife, mother, and sister. She is remembered for her kind disposition, her warm and caring heart, an endless smile and wonderful sense of humor.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Huntley A. Hornbeck.
Survivors are her children, Michael Hornbeck, of Naples, J. Patrick (Sue)Hornbeck, of Phoenix, AZ, Huntley “Bud” (Patty) Hornbeck, of Naples, Kathy (Rod) Swingley, of Naples, and Scott Hornbeck, of Fort Myers. Grandchildren, Brooke, Mari, Buddy, J.P., Rodney, and Thomas. Great-grandchildren, Boomer, James and Emerson.
Private family services were held at Lely Presbyterian.
