He was born in Middletown, New York on November 16, 1963 to Daniel Donovan and Elizabeth Pennino. He was one of seven children; Suzanne, Michael, Maryann, Daniel, Elizabeth, and Katherine.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years Diane, two daughters Jessica and Jacquelyn, and two puppies Jed and Jake.
Steven loved hunting, cooking, and was cherished by many in the insurance business industry that he worked in for over 30 years. We feel safe speaking on everyone’s behalf when we say that Steven left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He saw the best potential in all and taught them how to believe in themselves which led so many to success in all areas of life.
