Victoria L. Smithers, 68, passed away on October 13, 2021 in Naples, FL. She is survived by devoted husband Lance E. Smithers, formerly of Phoenix, NY, and sister, Sally Shull of Atlanta, GA. From her first marriage she leaves behind daughter Alicia Sallinger (husband Jason) of Raleigh, NC and is predeceased by son, Michael Mosher. As stepmother to Lance’s children, she leaves behind Lance C. Smithers and Jason Smithers both of Syracuse, NY; and Phaedra Plumley Frederick of Newfield, NY. No services will be held.
