Beloved husband of the late Charlotte "Lottie" (Bennett), Billy is survived by his children Dorethea (Fedrick) Massey, W. Raymond (Jennifer) Lindsey, and Rhonda (Douglas) Beaver. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, Kassi, Lindsey, Christopher, Nicole, Scott (Lisa), Kayla, Madison, and Katie and two great-grandchildren.
A visitation for "Billy" will be held Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 12:00 PM until time of the funeral service 1:00 PM at Hodges Funeral Home at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 - 111th Ave N, Naples, FL 34108. The interment will immediately follow in the cemetery gardens at Hodges at Naples Memorial Gardens.
