

William “Bill” John Panko, 81, of Naples, Florida passed away on August 24th, 2015. He was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and resided in Orland Park, before moving to Naples. Bill was a diehard White Sox Fan and an avid golfer, he even had a hole in one. Bill was also known to be a handyman and many of his friends and family even called him “Mr. Fix It.” Religion was a very important part of Bill’s life as he walked with Jesus while traveling the world telling “The Good News of the Gospel.” He was passionate about preaching the gospel to prisoners and helping them become disciples of the Lord. He was also part of a healing ministry that prayed for the sick.
Bill was married to his loving Wife Loretta for 57 wonderful years. Bill worked as a part owner of Crane Erectors in South Holland, Illinois. He is survived by four children, Paul Panko, Donna (Brad) Allen, Bill Panko, Steven (Cherilynn) Panko. He is survived by six grandchildren, Amber Panko, Jake Panko, Jeremy Hopper, Nicolette Allen, Collin Panko, and Wesley Panko. He is survived by his Sister, Jo Marie Panko; Brother In Law, Harry (Sandy) Cunneff; Sister In Law, Catherine Hurd. Bill was also preceded in death by his Brother Michael Panko.
Celebration of Life Saturday August 29th 5:00pm, at Restoration Church 2320 Vanderbilt Beach Road N. Naples. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Bills name may be made to Restoration Church.
