Bill attended Columbus Academy in Columbus Ohio, graduated from KMI Kentucky Military Institute, and attended Ohio State University.
He married his devoted wife Ethel Mahaffey Stoneman on March 11th 1968.
Bill worked in his family business, Stoneman Press, as well as a career in real estate including real estate developments.
After moving to Naples Florida in 1976 he continued his real estate carrier as a R/E Broker.
He leaves his wife Ethel Lee of Naples Florida, his son William Loomis Stoneman, Williams wife Laura and his dear grandchildren Lilly and William in Houston TX. Bill also leaves behind his only sister, Sarah Jane Scuri of Alexander Ohio and her two daughters, Catherine Williard and Margaret Fausnaugh.
Bill had a passion for family, friends, fishing, cards and his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes and defended all of them fiercely.
Bill will be buried in his family plot in Ohio. Plans for a memorial service in Columbus will be announced on a future date. A celebration of his life will take place in the fall in Naples and will also be announced in the future.
