Alvin Joseph Schultz

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Louis Schultz and Olevia Theresa Alberts; son, Alvin Joseph Schultz, Jr.; sisters, Ruth Schultz Blakeman and Shirley Schultz Domangue; brother, Charles Louis Schultz, Jr.; and granddaughter, Tiffany Marie Schultz.

Alvin is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Pamela Franck Schultz; daughters, Belinda Schultz Ricca and Maureen Schultz Roddy; sons, Keith David Schultz, Sr. and Brian Louis Schultz; grandchildren, Shanell Herbert Carr, Patricia Schultz, Leonard Michael Schoenberger, Rodney William Herbert, Keith David Schultz, Jr., Crystal Lynn Schultz, William Charles Schultz, Katelyn Schultz Baldo, and Anthony Joseph Schultz; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Alvin was born in New Orleans on August 31, 1934. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Covington.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 12:00PM. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 10:30AM. The interment will follow the chapel service at Greenwood Cemetery.
