Angela, you are one of a kind.  A kind, sweet soul who would do anything for anyone and expect nothing in return.  A feisty and fiercely loyal woman who loved her family and friends.  I feel fortunate to have gotten to know Angela and her family over the years.  Christina, I’m so so sorry your mom had to go.  I know it’s not fair.  But I’m so glad that she was all yours while here on Earth!   You will have all of eternity with your mom, but for now you will have to listen and look for her because you know she is watching!  I’ll be thinking and praying for all of your family and friends for many days to come.  ❤️❤️

I'm sorry but I'm not too good at this sort of thing, but here I go. Ms Angela we may not have spoken in a long while, but one things for sure when we were all together we had a great time. We would cut up and laugh so hard our stomachs would hurt. Your daughter truly loves you with every inch her her well being and we will all miss you. I know this was a tough battle and you put up one hell of a fight. It's not a fight you lost but instead I feel you were probably just ready to throw in the towel. No shame in that because a lot of people looked up to you and still do. You are a very unique person and there wasn't one thing I would've changed about you. You spoke your mind no matter who liked it or not and for that you always had my respect. Your one of the strongest women I've ever had the privilege of knowing and for that I thank you. We all love you and always will. I'm sure your name will come up quite often in conversations in many years to come. You did a great job of raising Christina and she turned out to be a fine woman and a devoted mother, for that she has you to solely thank (I'm sure she feels the same way). This is not goodbye but instead we'll see you later (if we are lucky enough to go to the same place you are in lol). Christina don't worry I know you don't feel like it now but I promise things will get easier and better. She's not gone, but with you every second of everyday. She's so proud to call you her daughter. I'm sure she's got everybody busting a gut right now laughing.

I know we really didn’t know each other Mrs. Angela but I felt like I did from my bestie your daughter Christina. I was honored to be apart of your service by being your pallbearer, u will be greatly missed an loved by many and I will always be there to help your family when ever they need me.

I remember the day I took Christina to the prom and all Mrs. Angela would do was roll her eyes at me. She didn't care too much for me then but she grew to love and respect the relationship me and her daughter shared. Mrs. Angela you were certainly loved and will be truly missed.

Christina I am so sorry for you and your family lost of your mother. We may not have see each other very often.. We very happy to see Angela and your family every thanksgiving  we very much love getting all together with family, Martin and I have much enjoyed  getting together at Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. I would call  Nancy every day to see how she was doing.. She is in no pain now but the family is missing her so much, She love her grandkids.She will always be watching over you and Danny and her family God Bless you and Danny love Mary and Martin

I will always cherish the memories I have of you. Whether good times or bad, you always remained steadfast and consistent.  You were always there for me with the professional advice I needed to hear and the direction I should be going in. No matter what was going on, I could always count on being able to call you and get straightened out. The love and devotion you gave to your family was second to none and that will never be forgotten. All I can ask now is that you watch over your grand-children as they grow and guide them with the same love and dedication you gave the rest of us.

I always remember Ms. Angela being a tough cookie, but would do anything for her family. She would tell you like it was & never kept you guessing about her feelings. There has to be darkness to see light.  When the rest of the community was running from Hurricane Ida, Christina stayed in close proximity to her mom.  There was always a beautiful, consistent mother-daughter bond between them, perfect or not. 
Christina stood by her mom no matter what, and looked to her and Danny for guidance often. 
I can remember one thing that was always consistent, and that’s how strong Mrs Angela was.  
This was the first and only obstacle that she just couldn’t beat. She was tired, and she knew she had finished her job here. She knew her strength. For the very first time in her life she was ready to give up her fight for eternal rest. 
Christina, a piece of her is inside of you and your children.  She knew she raised her daughter to be an amazing mother.  She could only leave because her daughter is strong enough to be the only Mom in the family now.  She knew her son-in-law takes great care of her daughter and her grandchildren. (Craig probably knew he would be in trouble if he didn’t 😂).  She left knowing her wonderful husband Danny will love and support her cherished family, as he always did. She left her grandbabies to be cared for by the best, because she wouldn’t have it any other way.  
Christina, Craig, Danny, Trey, and Carmella, you all have a true angel who is a fierce warrior. I have no doubt she will be your shield and protector for the rest of your time here. Sending so much love to you all.

There are no words that I could express to explain the emptiness in my world now that you are gone. You were such a large piece of my life. You gave me all the love, advice, compassion, and even tough love I needed to become the wife, and mother I am today. Michalynn, Patrick and I are blessed to have had you in our lives. One of my favorite memories of you was listening to you talk to customers on the phone at Allstate when I came to hang out after school. I loved listening to your accent. Your comments would crack me up. Thank you for being such an amazing friend to my mom for so long. She loves you so much. I love you. ❤️

We may not have seen each other often these past few years but you've been with me all my life,through countless Sunday dinners to the time you pierced my ears (we got in trouble for that one) you've always had my back. No matter what,I knew I could trust and depend on my cousin Angela. I can't believe you're gone. I'll hold the memories close. Rest in peace,beautiful Angela.

Where does one begin when speaking of such an amazing woman? She was always there for us when we needed her. It could be big or small. She made sure to take care of her family and the ones that she loved. Her Italian family values were so strong. If it was broken, she was going to fix it. And arguing amongst ourselves was unheard of. She was strong and stern with us that we needed to figure it out.  She would tell us to find a way. Because family is important.  See, I'm not blood. But I never felt any different when In the Ludwig home. Conversation and lots of good food got us thru some bad days but mostly they were all good.  The laughter was good for the soul along with the meals prepared by Ms. Angela and Mr. Danny. If food was being cooked and I wasn't there, I would recieve taunting pics to hurry up while its hot. If I were busy, that just wasn't an excuse. You find a way to join in. Many of these days were unplanned. But never unexpected and always appreciated. 

  Mrs. Angela was admired by many people. She has a long list of friends. And because she cared so much about them, I could tell you names.  Some I've met many of times, and some, none at all. But I know who they are. She was proud of her friends. And spoke of them often. My friend boots, my friend Jack, Betty, Paula, Cindy, Debbie and many more. Then there is the New York family. Those were stories that I begged for. She was so easy and fun to listen to. I always wanted to hear more. Especially her stories about her and Joseph growing up. She would warm my heart with the stories of what she did for and with her brother as they were children. 
   I will cherish each and every moment I had with her. I will hold every memory so close to my heart. Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean, I'll miss you , until we meet again.

My dearest friend, sister and confidante. Where do I begin.  We had a friendship that lasted for 47 years come the first of next year. We shared everything over those years including our marriages, divorces, children and at the end our aches and pains.  I will miss our  talks at the kitchen table.  We worked out so many problems at that table while drinking coffee or tea.  We laughed until we cried when we talked about the "good old times".  You were that crazy girl who walked into State Farm with three different hair colors.  Our friendship started that day and lasted until you left me. I will miss the meals we shared on the holidays and having dinner with you and your family. Oh the delicious meals you cooked. What will I become without you by my side. I needed you. I just knew you would come home but the man upstairs had other plans.  Did he forget me when he took you? To Danny, Christina, Craig, Joe and Trey and Carmella I hope you know how much she loved you all. I will talk to her every day through the holes in heavens floors.  I refused to say goodbye on that dreadful day and I will not say goodbye now.  Until we meet again - to the world you were one but to me you were the world. I love you my sister. Please look after me until I can join you.

I’m not sure where to begin, I can start with there is no other true mother than you;
A mother who picked me up when I was down, for everything we shared, the dreams, the laughter, and the tears, I knew you would be there for me throughout the years.

You were my mentor, my confident, and also my best friend, someone on whose love I can always depend. You always had my best interests at heart and we could never stay apart. No matter how big the fight, we knew the next day we would hold each other tight.

The special memories of you will always bring a smile; if only I could have you back for a little while, I want to hear your voice and see you smile.  
I want to hold you tight and never let you go. And tell you how much I love you so.

My mom was truly one in a million, every time I think of her my heart just fills with pride. And though I will always miss her - I know she will continue to always be by my side.

You did so many things for us, your heart was kind and true, when we needed someone we could always count on you.

New York you were one special lady we only knew you last10 years but felt like you were our friend for life we were here when ya mom was with you we saw so much love you gave her than the grand kids came you were amazing with each one of them they gave you so much joy . Danny was so special in your life !!! Than ya daughter was the light in your life you were so proud and loved her so much and we know how hard losing you is for her . Angela we were long time friends meeting when our girls went to Debbie’s for day care and later onto St. Angela Merici. I will remember working together at Allstate. Especially riding together after Katrina over to Baton Rouge for 3 months while our office was being repaired. I am sorry that we did not get together more after we retired. But we talked so many times about our girls and our grandchildren. You will be greatly missed. 

My heart is broken by your passing, my dear friend.
I will miss the kitchen table talks that you presided over so well.I will miss hearing the mother-daughter banter between you and Christina.I will miss seeing the joy in your eyes as you watched Trey and Carmella run thru the house.I will miss hearing you call out to Danny to bring you whatever you wanted whenever you wanted it(and of course Danny always  lovingly complied).
I will miss the sleepovers at your house,where I was always welcome anytime .I will miss your amazing Italian cooking! I will miss your Brooklyn accent, your laugh, your smile, your wit and your always honest opinion and advice. You were one of a kind—a truly unique and special person in every way. I am relieved that you are no longer in pain and that you will never suffer again. I am sad for Danny, Christina,Craig. Trey, Carmella, Joseph and all of us who will be lost without you in our lives. I will love you and miss you forever.

Christina, knowing you lossed your mom/best friend in the world really breaks my heart into pieces....Angela was an amazing person that would help anyone she can, she helped me get my first real job in the early 1980's which lasted 8 years I'll never forget that,  loved my sister-in-law...she was sweet and fisety too...don't mess with her Italian culture...she didn't play, when it came to family and friends, I'm so grateful to be family with her...my sis I'll always remember the good time....may you R.I.P until we meet again...LOVE YOU FOREVER❤
