

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Belle Ann Veninata Beaudean, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Belle passed away peacefully on March 17, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories.
She was born on February 9, 1941, in Alia, Sicily, to Giovanni and Rosalia Veninata. In 1955, she immigrated to the United States, where she built a beautiful life filled with family and friendships.
Belle is survived by her daughter, Charlene Lemon, and her son, Heath Beaudean (Lani). She was a devoted grandmother to Matthew (Kristen), Lance (Courtney), and Chloe and a cherished great-grandmother to six beautiful great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her loving brother, Joseph (Maria), along with seven nieces and nephews and sixteen great-nieces and nephews.
Belle had a heart of gold and a warmth that made everyone she met feel like family. She lovingly cared for many children over the years, treating each one as her own. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love touched the lives of so many. She had the rare gift of making instant friends and leaving lasting impressions.
Her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her memory will live on in the love she shared and the countless lives she touched. Her time on earth was truly cherished, and she will be greatly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70124, on Friday, March 28, 2025. Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a Mass at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment at Lake Lawn Mausoleum will follow the service.
